When I first moved to Valencia from another country, I was hungry for places where creativity comes alive. Workshops. Dance classes. Artful gatherings. Spaces where people actually make things together, not just talk about them.

What I found was a city overflowing with talent. Artisans, performers, makers, dreamers. Beautiful pockets of energy. But no single place to see it all or step into it easily. So much was shared in private groups, buried in social feeds, or passed around quietly between friends.

The creative pulse was there. You could feel it. But if you were new, or simply outside the right circle, you kept almost finding it.

I waited for someone to build an open hub. Not a generic event aggregator. Not business seminars. Not endless webinars. A real map to Valencia's creative spirit. A place where women like me, newcomers, locals, curious minds, could discover something unexpected on a random Tuesday night and just show up.

After years of half-discovering and half-missing out, I stopped waiting.

I built what I wished existed.

Valencia Creativa is a platform dedicated purely to creative events in our city. Workshops, masterclasses, meetups, performances, artistic experiments. No corporate noise. No business networking disguised as inspiration. Just real opportunities to create, learn, perform, and connect — face to face.

My mission is simple. Give our tight-knit creative community more visibility. More daylight. More connections. And make it easier for anyone — especially newcomers — to find their place here.
